1. General Terms

This policy of processing personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. №152-ФЗ "About Personal Data" and determines the order of processing personal data and measures on providing safety of personal data, undertaken by Administration of site (further - Operator).

1. The Operator considers the most important goal and condition of its activity to be the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data, including the protection of rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

1.2. This policy of the Operator with respect to processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information which the Operator can obtain about the visitors of the website https://voicebot.su/.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data by means of computer technology;

2.2. Blocking of personal data - temporary suspension of processing of personal data (unless the processing is necessary to clarify the personal data);

2.3. Website - a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as programs for computers and databases, making them available on the Internet at a network address https://voicebot.su/;

2.4. Information system of personal data - the totality of personal data contained in databases of personal data, and providing information technology and technical means for their processing;

2.5. De-identification of personal data - actions resulting in the inability to determine, without the use of additional information, whether the personal data belongs to a specific user or another subject of personal data;

2.6. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations), performed with or without the use of automation with personal data, including the collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification (update, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data;

2.7. Operator - the state body, municipal authority, legal or natural person, independently or together with other persons organizing and (or) performing processing of personal data, as well as determining the purpose of personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

2.8. Personal Data - any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://voicebot.su/;

2.9. User - any visitor to the website https://voicebot.su/;

2.10. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

2.11. Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite range of persons (transfer of personal data) or to familiarize the unlimited range of persons with personal data, including publication of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data in a foreign country to a foreign authority, a foreign individual or a foreign entity;

2.13. Destruction of personal data - any action in which personal data is destroyed irretrievably with the inability to further restore the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) the destruction of the material media personal data.

3. Purchase of voice-over limits

3.1. Subscription to the voiceover. Any number of rubles is a subscription to the voiceover with a usage limit. Ticket usage limit is determined by the amount of rubles and the rates of their use, listed on the page https://voicebot.su/price/

3.2. By purchasing a subscription for dubbing, the Subscriber agrees that, in accordance with Article 429.4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, he/she will pay for the subscription regardless of whether the services corresponding to the subscription are requested or not and that there is no refund for the subscription not used in full or in part.

3.3. Subscription for the voiceover is valid for 186 days from the day of purchase. If subscriber does not use the purchased limits within 365 days they are canceled.

3.4. By purchasing any amount of limits, you are subscribing to this subscription agreement.

3.5. By paying a subscription to the dubbing, the user confirms that he is fully acquainted with and agrees with these rules

3.6. Paying a subscription to the dubbing, the User confirms, read the information about the service, checked the work of the Service and, based on the results of the test Service meets its expectations (including the capabilities and quality of work).

3.7. The Service establishes limits on voicing. Rubles is the equivalent of the character limit for the voiceover of the text in speech. The rate in rubles for the number of characters that can be voiced is set on the page https://voicebot.su/price/.

3.8. Service has a test rate of 5 rubles. After registration and account activation, the user's internal account is topped up free of charge by 20 rubles.

3.9. We recommend the User to use the 20 free rubles given out after registration to make sure that the Service fully meets the User's expectations before payment.

3.9.1. The fact of payment from the User confirms that he has checked the work of the Service by the results of the check the Service fully meets his expectations (including the capabilities and quality of work).

3.9.2. Rubles are credited to the account immediately after payment.

3.10. The fact of buying limits is a confirmation that the User is satisfied with the quality of the voice-over and is ready to use up the provided limit for the voice-over within 186 days.

3.11. There are no refunds for unspent roubles, because purchase of any quantity of limits confirms the fact of intention to use them in full for voice files.

3.12. The Service stores the sound files of the registered User for the last thirty (30) days. For unregistered Users file storage time - 24 hours. File history for registered Users older than 30 (thirty) days is irrevocably deleted from the Service's database, and is not available to neither the User nor the Service's administration.

4. Use of a dubbed text

4.1. For the voiceover of your speech through the service https://voicebot.su/ No restrictions on its use. You have the full right to dispose of the received file, without any restrictions, including for commercial use. However, you must not infringe upon the copyright in the text being dubbed.

5. The operator can process the following personal data of the User

5.1. Email address;

5.2. The site also collects and processes impersonal data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistical services (Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics and others).

5.3. The above-mentioned data hereinafter in the text of the Policy are united under the general term Personal Data.

6. Purposes of processing of personal information

6.1. The purpose of processing of personal data of the User - informing the User by sending e-mails; conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts; providing access to the User to services, information and/or materials contained on the website; Purchase of digital goods in the form of coins on voicebot.su.

6.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse receiving informative messages by sending an e-mail to the Operator admin@voicebot.su marked "Opt-out of notifications about new products and services and special offers".

6.3. The anonymized data of the Users, collected by means of Internet statistic services, serves to collect information about the Users' actions on the site and to improve the quality of the site and its contents.

7. Legal Basis for Processing of Personal Data

7.1. The operator processes the personal data of the User only in case of filling in and/or sending by the User himself/herself through special forms located on the website https://voicebot.su/. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending his personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his consent to this Policy.

7.2. The operator processes anonymised data about the User in case it is allowed in the settings of the User's browser (cookie saving and the use of JavaScript technology are switched on).

8. Order of collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing of personal data

Security of personal data, which are processed by the Operator, is provided by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures, necessary for fulfilling in full the requirements of current legislation in the field of protection of personal data.

8.1. The operator provides safety of personal data and takes all possible measures which exclude access to personal data by unauthorized persons.

8.2. Personal data of the User will never, under no circumstances be transferred to third parties, except in connection with the execution of current legislation.

8.3. In case of detection of any inaccuracies in the personal data, the User can update it on their own by sending a notice to the Operator's e-mail address admin@voicebot.su marked as "Update of personal data".

8.4. The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address admin@voicebot.su marked "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

9. Cross-border transfer of personal data

9.1. The Operator prior to cross-border transfer of personal data must ensure that the foreign country, the territory of which is intended to transfer personal data, provides reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.

9.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data in foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if the consent in writing of the subject of personal data on the cross-border transfer of his personal data and / or performance of the contract, to which the subject of personal data is a party.

10. Account

10.1. It is forbidden to create multiple accounts.

11. Возврат.

11.1 После оказания в надлежащем качестве Дополнительной Платной Услуги, деньги, потраченные на ее приобретение, возврату не подлежат.

11.2 В случае, если услуга не была оказана в полной мере или была оказана в ненадлежащем качестве (баланс личного кабинета не был пополнен или сумма пополнения отличается от расчётной суммы при оплате заказа), заказчик имеет право отказаться от услуги, обратившись по электронной почте, и получить полную компенсацию ее стоимости либо аналогичную услугу. Срок рассмотрения претензий и возврата средств — 15 рабочих дней.

12. Final clauses.

12.2. This document will reflect any changes to the operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
